Our world is changing. The planet is going through huge climatic changes, which every entrepreneur and inhabitant of Earth must see, understand and overcome. Geopolitics and the balance of countries power are also another variables in the world around us. How to measure all these changes and processes with only one device?
We see objects of size less than 5 meters from a distance of 500 kilometres. It’s like watching a matchstick from a distance of a kilometre.
Our answer is a ScanSAT satellite – our own system, which will be working in orbit around the Earth in 2020.
In 2017 we were granted a subsidy from The National Centre of Research and Development, amounting to PLN 2,533,44 for designing Polish satellite for Earth observation and transferring these used technologies into terrestrial applications. We are only one step away from achieving this historical goal for our country.
The ScanSAT satellite will allow you to see many small details of the surface of the Earth. The key element of the satellite is a high-resolution telescope registering objects smaller than 5 meters from a distance of 500 kilometres. It’s like watching a matchstick from a distance of a kilometre.
Our imaging systems can be also used in the UAVs. Thanks to our miniaturized optical system it is possible to detect gases, evaluate agricultural yields, observe infrastructure in thermography or perform 3D terrain imaging.
