Przemyslaw Radzik

Head of Electrical Systems at Scanway. Responsible for successful development of ScanSAT satellite subsystems. Graduate of Electronics and Telecommunication at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. During his studies he was a member of team responsible for developing TT&C subsystem for ESEO mission for European Space Agency. In particular he developed and tested the prototype of the TT&C subsystem.

 

Before starting to work for Scanway, Przemek spent two years in Noordwijk (the Netherlands) working for the European Space Agency in the Antenna Section. At the time he was involved in designing and creating an innovative antenna testing station that allowed ESA to make very precise measurements of antennas and payloads operating in the frequency range up to 750 GHz. Additionally, during his work on various ESA missions with equipment ready to fly into the space, he gained invaluable experience in working with integration and verification of satellites and their payloads.

 

In his spare time, when he does not think about the space things, Przemek likes to hike, climb, go snowboarding and basically perform any other mountain activities. Przemek is also an addicted traveller and amateur photographer. And of course he would like to become an astronaut one day…

People

Scanway is made up of people who on their way repeatedly encountered problems by other considered to be impossible to overcome because of their complexity. However their passion, knowledge and curiosity allowed them to overmaster the barriers of technology. It is in people that the greatest strength of Scanway lies.
