A group of static vision systems designed for quality inspection
of individual objects moving at high speed along a production line.
Each item is subjected to real-time image analysis,
enabling precise verification of compliance with process requirements.

Systemy CUMULUS są rozwiązaniami nieruchomymi, montowanymi bezpośrednio na taśmie produkcyjnej, z możliwością integracji z już istniejącą linią.
The systems operate in continuous mode, without interrupting the production process — each inspected item receives immediate feedback in the form of an “OK” or “NOK” signal.
Thanks to their high throughput, the systems are well-suited for high-performance industrial environments, ensuring effective quality control even at very high inspection rates per second.
Moreover, CUMULUS can be integrated with a reject mechanism that automatically removes non-compliant items from the production line.
The system archives inspection data, with an optional feature for generating detailed reports.
The system is stationary,
while the inspected raw material, in the form of a web,
moves at high speed.

FAQ
All you’ve been worrying to ask about space cameras
GSD (Ground Sample Distance) refers to the distance between the centers of two consecutive pixels on the ground in an aerial or satellite image. It is connected to FOV (Field of View) because a wider FOV at a given altitude typically results in a larger GSD, meaning lower image resolution. Jest ona powiązana z polem widzenia (FOV), ponieważ szersze pole widzenia na danej wysokości zazwyczaj skutkuje większym GSD, co oznacza niższą rozdzielczość obrazu.
