Tomasz Antosiak
An economist by education at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Geographer, graduate of the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Wrocław and psychologist, graduate of the SWPS University in Wrocław. He has completed a number of courses in management and sales and interpersonal skills development. He has many years of experience in managing European funds related to innovative industry, research and development, and social projects. As an investor, he has been involved in the creation of Scanway Sp. z o.o. from the very beginning. Currently, he co-manages the GTTechnologies sp. z o.o. fund implementing the BRIdge Alfa project. Additionally, he is involved in investment projects related to education. He is passionate about running, social activities and outdoor activities.
Maciej Frankowicz
He has been involved in the start-up market as an entrepreneur and investor for 10 years. Co-founder and partner of Shape.vc, which has made over 30 investments in innovative technology companies over the past four years. He focuses his attention on deep tech companies in the early stages of development.
Mateusz Głogowski, MBA
He serves as the director of the investment department at PGE Ventures sp. z o.o. (a company belonging to the PGE Capital Group), where he is responsible for investment and divestment processes, supervision of portfolio companies, and cooperation with external funds co-created by PGE Ventures. Before joining PGE Ventures, he led projects related to the implementation of new business models in the PGE Capital Group. Previously, he worked in a government administration office responsible for energy. He is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) postgraduate programme organised by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a postgraduate programme in corporate finance management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Krzysztof Górka
Graduate of master’s and doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław. Former partner and manager in several companies, including several listed companies.Since 2019, he has been managing the DFR Inwestycyjny Sp. z o.o. fund, under which he has invested in a number of companies, including Scanway S.A.
Krzysztof Samotij, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences
An outstanding mathematician and investment strategist, Krzysztof Samotij is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, where he obtained a PhD in mathematics. The turning point in his professional career was his role as President of the Management Board at BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (currently Santander TFI). Under his visionary leadership, from 1980 to 2011, these funds ranked third in Poland in terms of assets under management, demonstrating his extraordinary ability to anticipate market trends. As Head of the Bond Market at WBK AIB Asset Management SA in 1997-1998, he introduced innovative strategies that contributed to the growth of the portfolio’s value. Currently, bringing his many years of experience to bear, he is a member of the Supervisory Board at Captor Therapeutics S.A. Krzysztof Samotij’s versatility is confirmed by his impeccable references; he is not listed in any debtor registers, has not been convicted of any economic crimes and does not conduct any business competitive to the Issuer.
Marcin Warwas
From 1996 to 2024, he was associated with the Comarch Capital Group. Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. for 17 years, responsible for the Services Sector (development of the Sector to PLN 0.5 billion in revenue, PLN 100 million in EBIT and 1,400 employees). An active investor for over 4 years, in the space industry he focuses on investments in Polish companies in an intensive growth phase. Advising the Company in the area of business development of the Space branch, building a global business, as well as verifying and optimising the profitability of implemented projects.
